Arrival and departure
When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
Can I get here without a car?
Yes. Take the train to Brixen or Franzensfeste station and from there a taxi or bus line 328 to Raas. Send us your registration details early enough and we will make sure you already have the guest card for your journey here.
When do I get the guest card?
You receive the digital guest card on arrival at the latest. With it you can, for example, use all public transport throughout South Tyrol for free.
Where can I park?
A free parking space is always available for you in our courtyard.
During your stay
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, depending on the season from 3 nights.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our house.
Is a cot available?
Yes, we are happy to provide a cot on request.
Is there a laundry service?
Yes, we can do your laundry for a fee.
Can I take the towels to the swimming pool?
Please understand that our towels are not available for use at the Acquarena swimming pool.
Where can I store bikes and sports equipment?
Bikes and sports equipment can be kept in our storage room (at your own risk).
Our cancellation policy
Looking forward to a holiday is half the fun – but sometimes things don't go to plan. If you have to cancel your holiday, the following rules apply.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival
You can cancel your booking flexibly. We only keep the deposit of 30 % of the total amount.
Less than 2 weeks up to 1 week before arrival
If you cancel during this period, we charge 70 % of the total amount.
From 1 week before arrival and in case of no-show
In this case we unfortunately have to charge the full amount (100 %).
